  1. I was visiting Guam 1981 what was in the bottle of hot sauce that the oldest carried to school finidini? I’m not spelling it properly but it was good anything but I never tried it on fruit bat I rember bats were 18.00 apiece in the markets I qwould love to go back great beautiful island.

    I was introduced to kelaguen when stationed on Guam in 1980. Loved it!! To bad we can’t get boonie peppers to make it really authentic. Enjoyed the fiestas.

      I, too miss boonie peppers…however, if you have access to a local sauce shop (like danny cash in denver), you can take hot jalepeno peppers and ask them to put in a drop or two of carolina reaper extract and come out with a very killer substitute…ps..really believe.a drop of extract would eat a hole in stainless steel…not cheap, and another place here in denver would not even sell it to me…
