Lumpia Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons white, granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve with lumpia and ENJOY!
