Pineapple Raisin Cole Slaw

This cole slaw is sweet with the addition of raisins and crushed pineapple, the perfect side dish for your meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage (Sliced thinly)
  • 2 cans Crushed pineapple (Drained and squeezed dry)
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Raisins (More or less, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • Black pepper (To taste)

Optional

  • 1 cup Carrots (Shredded)

Directions

1.
Place the shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

2. Chill the coleslaw before serving. Chill any leftovers.

Note

My favorite brand of mayo is Best Foods (or Hellmann's), but you can use any brand you like.  I do not recommend using "dressing".
