Pineapple Raisin Cole Slaw
This cole slaw is sweet with the addition of raisins and crushed pineapple, the perfect side dish for your meal!
- 1 head Cabbage (Sliced thinly)
- 2 cans Crushed pineapple (Drained and squeezed dry)
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Raisins (More or less, to taste)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons White vinegar
- Black pepper (To taste)
Place the shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
||Chill the coleslaw before serving. Chill any leftovers. |
My favorite brand of mayo is Best Foods (or Hellmann's), but you can use any brand you like. I do not recommend using "dressing".
